Milton Fuentes brings over 23 years of legal experience and is registered in Florida's state and federal trial and appellate courts. He has served as Class Action Counsel for classes with claims against various airlines, and as appellate counsel before the Third District Court of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, and the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before independent practice, he represented the FDIC as Outside Counsel during liquidation and reorganization procedures. He has spoken at international conferences in Brazil, Colombia, Guyana, Mexico, and Spain on commercial investment and risk management.
